Tasquinimod, a possible new weapon against metastasized prostate cancer.

Still in an experimental study, a drug called tasquinimod promises to revolutionize the treatment of  metastasized prostate cancer. It´s an oral immunomodulatory, antimetastatic and antiangiogenic (prevents the new blood vessels formation) drug, which has properties that slows  prostate tumors progress in the castration resistant tumors.
