Exercise can improve sperm count.

According to a study to be presented in Boston, United States, at the next meeting of the American and International Fertility Societies, men who have at least 7 hours of physical activity per week, as lifting weights, running and outdoor activities tend to show an improvement in sperm count. The study evaluated 137 male partners of couples and those who have followed this habit, have scores up to 48% greater than those men who exercise less.
